Building a Repeatable Enterprise Demand, SEO, and Pipeline Engine for Multi-Channel Retail Data.
Prepared for Aakash Kathuria (Founder / CEO)
1. Executive Context & Objective
Dataeze has built enterprise-grade data infrastructure that resolves the single largest operational headache for multi-channel consumer brands: reconciliation, stockouts, and margin visibility across Shopify, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and ERPs. However, enterprise buyers do not search for generic "AI data tools"—they search for solutions to immediate channel friction.
ClientRise is engaged to design and execute a signal-driven growth motion that translates Dataeze's technical capabilities into 8–10 qualified discovery & teardown conversations per month with Series A–C consumer enterprise operators.
2. Scope of Services & Growth Pillars
Content & Search Architecture (Up to 15 Articles/Mo)
Systematic keyword, search-intent, and SERP opportunity analysis. Drafting and optimization of up to 15 SEO-focused articles per month targeting bottom-funnel reconciliation queries, internal link funnels, and LLM-friendly schema.
Alternating Multi-Account Social Distribution
Deploying the One Core Content Idea $\rightarrow$ Multiple Connected Touchpoints model. Three linked posts per account across Founder LinkedIn, Company LinkedIn, and executive commentary, avoiding rigid single-account quotas.
Diagnostic CRO & Teardown Funnel
Replacing generic "Book a Demo" friction with high-converting diagnostic teardown landing pages, friction-free lead capture, and analytics-informed user flow improvements.
Signal-Enriched Demand Generation
Trigger-based outbound targeting Series A–C consumer brands experiencing live operational transitions: funding events, data/BI hiring, quick commerce launches, or ERP migrations.
3. Commercial Model & Credit-Forward Funnel
The commercial agreement is structured to align incentives directly with pipeline delivery. Phase 1 validates the messaging and outbound mechanics, followed by recurring execution and performance attribution.
| Engagement Component | Agreed Economics | Billing Cadence & Rules |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 Setup & Validation | ₹50,000 (one-time) | Due upon contract execution. Covers Month 1 build. Recurring retainer does not apply in Month 1. |
| Recurring Monthly Retainer | ₹35,000 / month | Commences in Month 2. 30 days written notice for termination. |
| ICP-Qualified Leads Test | ₹1,000 / lead | Initial batch of 25 leads. Zero upfront deposit. Billed only upon verified delivery. |
| Qualified Held Meeting | ₹5,000 / meeting | Applies when teardown call completes. Prior lead fee for that prospect credits forward in full. |
| Sourced-Revenue Success Fee | 10% of collected revenue | Applies to revenue actually collected during customer's first 12 months. All prior performance fees credit forward. |
4. Operating Milestones & Responsibilities
- Target Pace: Starting operating benchmark of 8–10 qualified teardown calls per month.
- Lead Inspection: 5-business-day review window for delivered leads against agreed ICP criteria.
- Zero Raw Passwords: Integrations provisioned exclusively through delegated invites or OAuth.
- IP Rights: Custom written deliverables belong to Dataeze upon payment; ClientRise retains pre-existing frameworks and methodologies.
- Post-Termination Attribution: ClientRise-sourced opportunities convert with attribution for 12 months following logging.
